Andy whom addresses himself as mgr was very rude initially on the phone conversation when I called to ask why he had charged my acct again in December 08 for a dinner our family had at his establishment July 08- Which had already been charged to our acct. Andy said they use Global credit card services and they had messed up 5 or 6 days worth of his transactions, he explained that it was now up to me to fix this with my credit card company. So customer service friendly, I was sure that I would return to this below average resturant, now I am positive!!?
